The other night, Scott and I made the potato soup that I posted a couple entries down, but with a twist: Scott had bought some black potatoes at the natural market down the street from our house. The soup still tasted good, but it came out a very … interesting bluish-gray color. I took a picture but don’t have my camera on me right now, so I’ll post them later.
On another note, my friend Sarah’s dad was admitted to the hospital the day before yesterday. He has had some fluid buildup in his abdomen so they have been running tests and checking for cirrhosis, and they are supposed to be draining the fluid today. If you could keep him in your prayers, it would be much appreciated. Thanks.
